Potus 45 and Dan Patrick – Saving The Economy Matters Too

Helping someone in genuine need makes the heart feel good.

But governments cannot fill the place for love with money.

A bankrupt government wont be able to do anything for anyone.

As the 45th president of The United Sates has told America, “Our country wasn’t built to be shut down.”

A big, surviving, private economy will give more jobs, more real livelihoods, than governments can.

In this time when human beings across the world are face to face with our own mortality, a truly courageous and profoundly wise man has spoken up for the nation he loves.

I salute 69-year-old Texas Republican, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick,

for the patriotic example of rugged self reliance he displays when he says:

“Let’s get back to work, let’s get back to living, let’s be smart about it, and those of us who are 70-plus, we’ll take care of ourselves.”

Is this is a resurrection of the spirit of the The Greatest Generation?

With herd immunity, nations survive.

Sacrifice can get us there.

I love Dan Patrick.

Trump Wins on Experience, on Youth Et Cetera

Looking at the three remaining candidates for the US presidency, I can only see one category where the Democrat challengers can beat Donald Trump:

A. BORING PREDICTABILITY

The winner is Bernie Sanders. The policy positions of a group think socialist never surprise anyone. These positions will astonish him if they ever get implemented and bankrupt America. Fortunately enough of the American electorate understand this; therefore his unelectability is as predicable as his dogma.

Runner-up: Joe Biden. Sleepy Joe has much more natural talent for boring people than Bernie. But his senile dementia means that everyone can have a lot of fun trying to guess what fact he will get wrong next.

Stone cold last: Donald Trump. The man is a gifted communicator who knows and loves his people. They love him back. He never had a chance in this category. He has revolutionised political communication. To the people.

B. GOVERNMENT EXPERIENCE

  1. Donald Trump In this category lack of decades of experience in surviving in The Swamp is an advantage.
  2. Joe Biden
  3. Bernie Sanders

C. YOUTH and HEALTH

  1. Trump, 74 years old. Proven strong under unrelenting pressure of a hostile media.
  2. Bernie Sanders, a sprightly 78, when not hospitalised for a heart attack.
  3. Joe Biden, 77 years old, but the senility factor cost Sleepy Joe badly in this race.

D. FORIEGN POLICY and NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY

  1. Trump. He negotiates. He knows how to build.
  2. Biden. How can you protect or represent a nation when you might forget its name?
  3. Sanders. You cant protect a nation and bankrupt it at the same time.

E. ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT

  1. Trump.
  2. Biden.
  3. Sanders.

F. SOCIAL ISSUES

  1. Trump. He respects life, his own people and freedom. See what he did with SOTU 2020 for proof.
  2. Biden.
  3. Sanders.

Tulsi Makes A Mistake

Someone I respect, Tulsi Gabbard, has just described Coronavirus as the “enemy” ……. I am worried about this common attempt to use a military approach to a health care problem …….. I think that the Coronavirus is a germ not a miltary foe ……. it is a part of both nature and God’s creation …..
in tackling the problem we need to care not to fight ….. and to be able to care, we need to stay alive.

So important jobs like POTUS need to be done by people not at risk of death because of their age.

Of the last three Democrat candidates in the 2020 race Gabbard was the only one under 77 years old.

Sanders, 78, recent heart attack. Biden, 77, memory and cognitive abilities in clear decline. Trump, 74. Pence, 60. Both Republicans are in good health.

Who’s fit to govern?

Mr President, Please Spend Slow.

Dear President Trump,

Like you I love freedom.

In 1945, my dad served under General Douglas MacArthur for freedom and democracy.

Perhaps the proudest acheivement of my lifetime is the grassroots celebration of WW2 which I created at a national heritage waterhole in Indonesia where General MacArthur built his wife a bathroom.

One of the great lessons of World War Two is that the true defence of freedom requires enormous discipline.

No one with sense who has seen the artistic masterpeice, which is your State Of The Union speech this year, can doubt your commitment to understanding World War Two and your care for your people.

I repeat, I salute that work of art as a masterpiece.

Right now, as a person living in a nation whose future safety from totalitarianism still relies on American strength, I respectfully ask you to be very careful how quickly you make new spending promises.

In the 1940’s, nazism in Europe helped caused the collapse of British, French and Dutch colonial power in Southeast Asia.

Japanese imperialism quickly filled the power vacuum till American leadership and industry saved the free world.

All the peoples of the free world still need you to be strong, fair and generous within reason.

And solvent.

God Bless You, Mr President, and God Bless Freedom.

I pray now for trickle-down restraint.

Who wants to join me?

Socialist Daniel Andrews Channels Donald Trump

Let me be upfront and disclose my personal history with Daniel Andrews, premier of the Australian state of Victoria.

I met the man once.

I talked to him from the heart about breast feeding.

This is what the prefeminist era used to call a motherhood issue.

It was on the steps of the state parliament in Melbourne. He listened as I told him that I had been a midwife for a quarter of a century and that I felt really strongly about the need to improve breast feeding rates. For public health. For mums. For families. For babies.

Without any reaction at all, Daniel Andrews turned his back on me and walked away.

A few years later, his government’s state police force arrested me as a result of my memorial tree planting lobbying of an elected local government politician from Daniel Andrews’ political party.

Daniel Andrews has history with me. It is not good. I dont like him.

But it does give me great pleasure to point out that, in his response to the coronavirus pandemic, Socialist Left factionalist Andrews has quickly followed in the footsteps of master politician Donald Trump by declaring a state of emergency.

As we face this crisis, without the public health benefits of good breast feeding rates, nobody knows yet what new strategies will work best.

Perhaps the apparent British approach, lead by Boris Johnson, of welcoming the acheivement of herd immunity, would give better longterm protection, if a much more virulent, more deadly strain of this virus emerges later.

Who really knows?

Only God is omniscient.

The Daniel Andrews I have met knows nothing of public health.

And didnt even care.

I Like Ike And Donald Trump

Nobody should be fooled by President Trump’s blowhard style of political campaigning.

POTUS is firmly in the tradition of great Republican peace makers in the White House.

Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves and saved the Union.

Dwight D. Eisenhower inherited a mess in Korea from Harry Truman but he acheived what has been a lasting peace.

Richard Nixon, a man of the Quaker faith which is profoundly committed to the pursuit of peace, started talking with his communist adversaries.

Ronald Reagan achieved genuine reductions in weapons of mass destruction and, using peaceful methods, the Gipper won The Cold War.

Donald Trump has chosen dialogue with the leader of the worlds’s newest nuclear power, while others try to score political points about this by practicing the demonisation which is second nature to far too many modern progressives in The West.

I believe this current POTUS has shown a better balance of restraint and strength in The Middle East than any American President since George H. W. Bush.

In the little movie above, I have endeavored artistically to create a seamless transition between the thoughts of Eisenhower in his astonishing farewell address and the thoughts of Candidate Trump in 2016, because:

I like Ike.

And Donald Trump.

Open Letter to Bill Shorten: You Are Not Fit to Lead Australia.

Bill Shorten (BS),

I live in Maribyrnong where I have learnt how unfit you and your party are to govern Australia.

You cant deliver three things Australia needs:

  1. Secure borders.
  2. Democracy and Civic Rights.
  3. Mutual respect with America.

It appears that people smugglers want your Australian Labor Party (ALP) to win the next election because Labor governments in Canberra let them do business.

All around the western world, peoples are realising that immigration must be controlled and that open borders don’t work.

The last time the ALP did a good job on border protection was in World War Two under John Curtin. Curtin redefined Australia’s place in the world when he told the nation: “Australia looks to America.”

When I tried to celebrate that triumph over fascism, through your ALP in your political home in Maribyrnong, I was arrested by the police.

I have written about this to you, BS, many times.

You haven’t replied once.

What chance does Australian democracy have under your leadership if a Maribyrnong politician from your party can get a patriotic citizen arrested as a result of lobbying and you say nothing?

40 days before the police force that answers to your party colleague Daniel Andrews arrested me, you said, “I think Donald Trump’s views are just barking mad on some issues.”

Here are some of Donald Trump’s commitments:

  1. Patriotism.
  2. Border Protection.
  3. Tax Cuts.
  4. Fair Trade.
  5. Fairness for men.
  6. Avoiding unnecessary war.

Do you, BS, think all of these ideas are “barking mad” or only some of them?

Are you going to apologise to the President of our long standing ally?

Or are you going to let the insult stand as proof that you are not fit to lead Australia?
