Aussie Freedom Fighters #15 COCO

Today is the 29th anniversary of the release of anti-establishment icon Snoop Dog’s seminal and controversial album, “Doggystyle”. At lunchtime today, hoping to do something to mark the occasion, I went to a protest vigil outside the office of the Premier Of Victoria with the beginnings of a rap – “Speak your mind/ And be kind/ Or you’ll find/ That you grind out hate.” in the hope that a talented local hip-hop celebrity would help me finish or add to it. That guy was busy with work for a couple of other gigs, but he suggested asking another fella present to help, an indigenous freedom fighter named Coco – a proud Barkinji Man.

I had a wonderful exchange of ideas with Coco and it lead to the following micro-movie which is very different from what I had hoped for earlier. but probably far better. That’s the way creative freedom often works: just because you have a plan, it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be ready to change course, if a better opportunity presents.

As I understand it, traditional Barkinji territory stretches from deep in the west of New South Wales into Mildura and Avoca, towns which are both in the modern State of Victoria. So Coco is a Victorian indigenous man and therefore has a very valuable perspective on the state of this State.

What Coco speaks out to say is not kind to Daniel Michael Andrews, but that bloke has misgoverned so badly and incited so much hatred by his indifference to the sufferings which his decisions have caused to so many people whom he is supposed to serve, that he has, in my honest opinion, lost the right to kindness.

As Benjamin Franklin said, “Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God!”

In Australian indigenous culture and spirituality, as I understand it, The Rainbow Serpent can be considered a manifestation or some sort of equivalent to what Western people call God.

May God and Bunjil bless and be present with protective oversight for Coco and all those whose freedoms Coco defends.

Aussie Freedom Fighter #14 Billy

America’s iconic anti-war politician, Robert Francis Kennedy (RFK), was born on this day, American time, in 1925.

In words that remind me of the efforts and ethos of my freedom fighter friend Billy, of AUM (Australian Unified movement), Kennedy said:

“The glory of justice and the majesty of law are created not just by the Constitution – nor by the courts – nor by the officers of the law – nor by the lawyers – but by the men and women who constitute our society – who are the protectors of the law as they are themselves protected by the law.”

The current, horrible, dictatorial government tyranny in the Australian State of Victoria will not prevail, if leaders like Billy and other Australian freedom fighters get the justice which they both deserve and earnestly strive to build.

RFK could have been talking about the challenges faced by Billy and his many courageous colleagues and followers when the American leader said:

“Every time we turn our heads the other way when we see the law flouted, when we tolerate what we know to be wrong, when we close our eyes and ears to the corrupt because we are too busy or too frightened, when we fail to speak up and speak out, we strike a blow against freedom and decency and justice.”

When Kennedy said this, he was speaking for freedom fighters of all eras in all places.

Kennedy had a very privileged background but also served in the navy during World War Two. He enlisted 6 weeks before he turned 18 and was undergoing V-12 officer training at Harvard when the War ended.

Billy is young and overcame enormous personal challenges to become the self educated man he is, but his thinking is philosophically deep and rhetorically powerful:

God Bless Freedom.

God Bless Billy, who is a gifted rapper and respects freedom culture, unlike the nemesis of freedom in Victoria, Premier Daniel Michael Andrews who has yesterday tried to win votes by saying:

“We’re much better than violent extremism. We ought to leave that to the United States. This is not America, and I for one will do nothing to contribute to the Americanisation of our politics.”

Daniel Michael Andrews, Criminal-In-Chief in what is now, for many innocent victims of a politicised police force, the police state of Victoria, I say to you:

This state and nation needs something like an American style Bill Of Rights because of all the ways you have trashed the human rights of the people you are supposed to serve.

People have died because of your incompetence and lack of care for them.

So as the grandson of professional theologians, I pray with all my heart and soul that the wrath of God descend on Daniel Michael Andrews in the form of a crushing defeat at next Saturday’s election and his arrest for his human rights and other crimes and long, long subsequent imprisonment when convicted, if justice prevails.

Geoff Fox, 20th November, American time, 2022 (It is American time as I publish this post so I use that time to honour and respect RFK, whose son, RFK Junior is now one of the world’s best critics of lockdown excesses by stupid corrupt incompetent and IMHO evil governments.)

NB I neither totally condone nor condemn the red mist comments of Member Of Parliament, Catherine Cumming, to which Andrews was responding with the above quote. Cumming’s words were tasteless, open to misinterpretation and therefore poorly chosen. It was excessively robust free speech on the campaign trail. If free democracy is to prevail, human errors like this have to be accepted as part of what is going to happen. Robust freedom of speech must be defended not criminalised.

Victoria Police, the world is watching you.

Aussie Freedom Fighters #13 A Fractured Freedom Movement

This is a pre-election post mortem.

This shows Word Art images of good freedom fighters in Melbourne, Victoria, with whom I have been able to do small good things here this year. 2022, against a Socialist Left tyrant, but who were not able to stay united against a common enemy of freedom.

These are good people who have divided against each other in too many ways too often to unite and win.

I hope they can use all their talent and courage to form a team after this November 26 election which can work with me and many other disillusioned loners who are victims of tyranny but far too easily swept aside when our voices ARE IGNORED. I have observed this happen again and again and experienced it myself as dynamic individuals jockey against each other for positions of power in the movement but don’t stop to listen to the rest of us enough.

They are not God and are not perfect.

These (mostly) newcomers to politics are only human.

And this police state is truly frightening.

More pepper spraying, bashing and arrest by police of passionate protestors who are deeply traumatised by profound injustice happened again today on the steps of Victoria’s state parliament.

Lest We Forget.

Freedom wins, when good people unite.

Criminal-In-Chief Daniel Michael Andrews has to go.

Aussie Freedom Fighters #8 Three Doctors

The words added to these photos are my interpretation of what these three persecuted doctors bring to the desperately needed but horribly marginalised fight for freedom.

Aussie Freedom Freedom Fighters #7 Pauline

The sophistication and complexity of our intellectual communication separates us from most other species, as far as I know.

All we mortal human beings usually seem to need to speak our truths as best we can.

That’s why freedom of speech is so important to us.

That freedom includes both speaking and being heard.

But absolute certainties reside with God.

Godless tyrants now frequently destroy what’s best in themselves and too many innocent victims.

Aussie Freedom Fighters #6 Morgan C Jonas

In this post, I describe how i see the strength of Morgan C Jonas in the fight to restore freedom in in the increasingly over policed fiefdom of Daniel Michael Andrews, the Victorian Premier who is no better than a common criminal in my life and millions of others.

Morgan is the primary founder and leader of the Freedom Party which is aiming for the balance of power in the upper house in the upcoming November election and is running a previous Liberal MP from Brisbane against Daniel Andrews.

With men like Morgan in politics, Australia has hope.

Aussie Freedom Fighters #5 Jordan De Goey

Jordan De Goey, I salute you as a freedom fighter.

In your stand against relentless public persecution of athletes by the media you are practising freedom of speech. When you talk about unfair media reporting, you are right to warn that “This will end in tragedy if no one speaks up.” (Nine people die of suicide every day in Australia and 75% of them are male. It is an issue that does need to be addressed. Public bullying like what is happening to you might not be a danger to your life because you have a good support group, but not everyone is as well supported as you are.)

You have shown great courage in speaking up when many people are criticizing you for being a young adult human being.

I met you at a Christian charity dinner earlier this month. I told you how I had succeeded in making former Collingwood defender Jack Frost a symbol of freedom in Indonesia, through a photo of mine of Frosty wearing his number 45. In Indonesia this number is strongly associated with 1945, the year when fascist freedom was defeated by Australia and Australia’s allies and when Indonesia proclaimed national independence after centuries of colonialism. I urged Jack to hang on to that number and when Jack went to play for Brisbane he still wore number 45.

I told you at the dinner that, if I got the chance, I would like to help you become a great symbol of both freedom and discipline. As I recall you really liked that idea.

This previous weekend’s events in Bali, Indonesia, and the strength you have shown in speaking up against persecution convince me that I was right. The pile-on of people criticising you for being publicly exposed as a human being is a gutless mob. You are the one showing honesty and courage.

May I take photos of you in footy action in your footy gear to make that dream of mine of making you a symbol of discipline and freedom come true?

The Christian group at that dinner have tried to shut down my attempts to talk with Collingwood people like you. They might not care about the importance of free speech like I do.

If that’s the case, so be it.

I’m with you, Jordy.
