FREEDOM WORKS #1 Prohibition In America Did NOT Work – Neither Do Lockdowns Now

On this date, January 16, in 1917, Admiral George Dewey died. His greatest achievement was, perhaps, to win the Battle of Manila Bay in the Spanish-American War in 1888 with one casualty on his side and 77 casualties to the enemy. The man knew how to achieve a desired result in war and minimise loss of life to the people he lead.

Far too many modern leaders in The West put their poll numbers way ahead of their peoples’ real safety.

Dewey’s personal motto was: “Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself.”

(This reminds me of wise words spoken by my friend, Freedom Fighter John Murphy, last Saturday in Melbourne: “Don’t ever stop asking questions. If you do, you’ve surrendered, without even knowing it.” )

On this date in 1919, 104 years ago, America began a national learning experience which has now been almost forgotten. On that day, the American Congress ratified the 18th amendment to the U.S. Constitution. This amendment banned the manufacture, sale and consumption of alcohol. Prohibition was born.

Rates of alcohol related illness declined, but this social advantage was offset by massive increases in crime and declines in government revenue from taxation. (Some small government thinkers could legitimately describe declines in taxation revenue as an advantage not a disadvantage. I would disagree with them, but not with the absolute certainty that I am right and they are wrong.)

In 1933, the 21st Amendment repealed the 18th Amendment and nationwide prohibition was at an end. Many communities continued to ban the sale of alcohol and still do.

Prohibition can work in communities which choose it, but, used as a solution imposed on one part of many people’s lives as a cure-all for deep and complex problems, it was a massive failure in America between 1920 and 1933.

The moral of the story is that freedom works. Local autonomy works. Great big virtue-signaling decisions that do not see the whole picture and which are imposed on everyone are a recipe for disaster.

Likewise, in modern times, from 2019 and well into 2022, if not beyond, the Great Barrington Declaration’s call for freedom as opposed to uniform prohibitions on normal life was initially unheeded by most governments, with rare exceptions like, at times, Donald Trump in Washington and Ron DeSantis of Florida and Greg Abbott of Texas.

Australia has had no opponent of lockdown tyranny of that calibre in Government.

But, on the streets of Melbourne last Saturday, John Murphy’s words: “We are all victims in a silent war.” rang 100 percent true for me.

Attention King Charles: Daniel Michael Andrews Is A Criminal in Government In Victoria

King Charles,

you face enormous challenges to hold together the best values of our British heritage which have spread around the world.

In Melbourne, Australia, an arrogant, inhuman, stupid, selfish man named Daniel Michael Andrews has caused too much misery to his own people to be ignored.

But people are speaking out and their voices will prevail.

Freedom Party leader Morgan C Jonas talks to the people of Melbourne about Victorian Premier Daniel Michael Andrews

Commentator Rebekah Spelman writes:

“I fully agree with Morgan, who is the most honorable man I’ve ever met.

Andrews is clearly a power hungry despot and a coward. He won’t offer any evidence for why he imposed such harsh lockdowns on Melbourne and regional Victoria.

I believe Andrews knows he couldn’t get to power without cheating, and he’s too spineless to ever answer accusations against him. A coward says “I can’t recall”.

I would like to see Daniel Michael Andrews arrested and tried, then when found guilty, prosecuted as harshly as our laws allow; which in my view is not harshly enough.”

When good people do nothing, evil triumphs.

Becky Spelman and Morgan Jonas fill me with hope that good can triumph.

King Charles, please don’t ignore their voices.

If you speak up for freedom, you will be a great king.

DANIEL MICHAEL ANDREWS – POLICE STATE S–T #1

Mel was working as a Registered Nurse in the police state of Victoria until dictatorial government tried to use vaccine mandates in an attempt to compel her to take a medication she did not trust or lose her job.

The tyrants didn’t scare her. In three decades as a midwife I met few women with as much glorious strength, courage and determination as Mel. (Praticing Midwifery involved constant contact with lots of wonderful strong women.)

Mel chose to stand up for what I believe should almost always be a sacred and inviolable principle in health care – the right to give informed consent and never be compelled to have any health treatment.

Mel is a hero for opposing evil governments and standing up for what is right .

Freedom truth and courage always beat tyranny.

And Mel looks unbeatable to me.

Daniel Michael Andrews, there are some people in this state who want the laws to be changed retrospectively so that capital punishment can be reintroduced just for you. I wouldn’t go quite that far in my own desire to see you brought to justice. But I share their passion to see the end of your vicious, evil government.

Its time for you to be a real man for a change, ‘fess up and get out of the way of freedom and decency in Victoria.

God Bless Freedom And All The Freedom Fighters

Women For Freedom #3 Lyn Bennett Tries To Report Crimes To Police

There is no doubt in my mind that lockdowns killed people and that it is possible that effects of vaccinations have not been fully examined*.

Lyn Bennett believes that the numbers of deaths constitute genocide.

Here is one police officer’s reaction when she tried to get an investigation going.

Lyn Bennett’s courageous spirit is awe inspiring.

The face of this police officer convinces me that if enough people step up and back Lyn’s courage, then there might be enough integrity both inside and outside Victoria’s police force for justice to be restored where fear now rules.

*A friend of mine, who is a nurse, experienced chest pain after a vaccination and went to a hospital emergency department and was sent home without an ECG (electrocardiogram) being performed. I have worked in numerous Emergency Departments and, in my experience, performing an ECG is mandatory for chest pain in hospital. It should ideally be done withing ten minutes of the patient’s arrival. My friend waited for hours before she was ent home.

Medals Of Honor

Today Andrew X, who served as an electronics technician with the Royal Australian Navy for six years including time in the Persian Gulf, gave me his service medals and read out this very powerful peice of writing at the bottom of the front steps of the Victorian parliament in Spring St.

This is an astonishingly powerful cry from the heart. His act of trust in me makes these medals relinquished in deep deep despair into Medals of Honor.

Being accepted by him to receive his medals is one of the greatest compliments ever bestowed on me in 64 years of a culturally rich life.

I will do all I can to make his voice heard.

And to continue to strive to spread knowledge of the human rights lessons of World War Two.

Lined Up Like Stormtroopers – Lest We Forget

Today is the 64th birthday of former Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott.

For innovative policy and speaking truths that others wouldn’t speak, I rate him as one of the best Australian Prime Ministers since WW2 hero John Curtin.

A very recent outstanding act of service to Australia from Mr Abbott is his statement condemning police action against peaceful protestors in Melbourne. He described police as being “……. lined up like stormtroopers …….” to stop a peaceful protest by “people who are sick and tired of (lockdown) restrictions which frankly are now becoming absolutely unreasonable”.

It needed to be said. And the public have a right to know who gave the orders and authorisation for the teargas and rubber bullets used by police against citizens exercising their right to free speech.

God bless you and thank you Mr Abbott.

Please stay strong.

All Souls Day – A Democratic Day

A key purpose of All Souls Day (the second of November) is to remember all those dead souls who need our rememberance. This is a very democratic contrast with the preceding All Saints Day where the focus is on more illustrious people.

George Bernard Shaw died at the age of 94 on All Souls Day in 1950 from renal failure. This was a result of injuries sustained when he fell while pruning a tree. Only two people have ever won both a Nobel Prize for literature and an Oscar. Shaw was the first. Bob Dylan was the second.

One of Shaw’s many famous peices of thought is this idea: “Liberty means responsibility. That is why most men dread it.”

Modern western societies are now trashing very hardwon liberties out of fears which I believe constitute mass psychosis.

Lest we forget that life based on knowledge is always better than living in fear.

Daniel Andrews – How Many People Have Your Lockdowns Killed?

Daniel Michael Andrews, your government has made Melbourne the most locked down city in the world.

You act as if you do that for safety but you focus too much on Covid statistics and ignore other causes of death. I was a health professional in your state for a quarter of a century.

So I ask you: how many people have your lockdowns killed?

How many old people have died of grief in nursing homes when lockdowns have cut off their social contacts?

What has happened to the suicide rate during your 6th lockdown? Especially the teenage suicide rate.

What has happened to the breast cancer death rate ? And death rates from other cancers and other diseases?

In the UK 70,000 more people have died at home since the pandemic.

Have more people died at home during your lockdowns? How many of those deaths were preventable? Did they get adequate pain relief?

Daniel Andrews, the people have a right to know.

Open Letter to Karl David and All Good Cops.

Dear Karl David (President, The Police Association Victoria) and all your troubled colleagues,

today, on the 44th anniversary of Bing Crosby’s death, I invoke Gentleman Bing’s immortal spirit to ask you to listen to me and millions of others who are suffering needlessly and unfairly because of work you are, arguably, “forced” to do.

Lockdowns are killing people and trashing their human rights, their livelihoods and their societies.

You do not have to do that or assist that.

You have the right and responsibility to serve and protect.

You know that. I know that. So do many other people in their hearts if not their heads.

Please BE a force for good not for evil.

Stand up now against your own growing police states.

Please.

Geoff Fox, 14th October, 2021, Down Under.

ScoMo – How Many People Do Lockdowns Kill?

Dear Prime Minister Morrison,

I write to you from Melbourne, the most locked down city in the world.

I was a health professional in the State of Victoria from 1982 till 2018.

The current Victorian government is now trashing human rights and freedom in ways that kill people.

As I understand it:

A. The teenage suicide rate has doubled.

B. Deaths from breast cancer have increased.

C. Grief stricken residents in Aged Care are stopping eating when they lose contact with loved ones and are then dying. This would be death by starvation in modern Australia.

I know of numerous doctors who are deeply concerned that many other ways of dying from lockdowns will emerge in the future.

Now is the time to start preventing those deaths instead of ignoring them.

There is one simple question that needs to be addressed.

I call upon you, Mr Morrison, to use all the power and influence of your office to address it:

HOW MANY PEOPLE DO LOCKDOWNS KILL?
