Aussie Freedom Fighters #1 Adam La Rosa

In World War Two the allied nations defeated totalitarian tyranny and then made a solemn declaration to protect human rights.

That legacy of freedom is currently under assault.

People like Adam La Rosa, in this little film, are doing everything they can to keep us free.

Police State Crits #4 – Becky Spelman Awake To The World

Henry James died on this date, the 28th of February, 106 years ago, in 1916, in the middle of the Great War.

He wrote: “Life is, in fact, a battle. Evil is insolent and strong; beauty enchanting, but rare; goodness very apt to be weak; folly very apt to be defiant; wickedness to carry the day; imbeciles to be in great places, people of sense in small, and mankind generally unhappy. But the world as it stands is no narrow illusion, no phantasm, no evil dream of the night; we wake up to it, forever and ever; and we can neither forget it nor deny it nor dispense with it.”

People like Beck Spelman confront the world as it is and by doing so they make it better. They name problems which others deny and that naming is the first step to solving any problem.

Women For Freedom #1 Rebekah Spelman

The Socialist Left police state of Victoria has broken my heart.

But when strong young men and women like Becky Spelman speak up for truth, justice and freedom, I start to dream of a free Australia again.

Australia’s Donald Trump has backed Becky to run for parliament in the election due in May in the seat held by the national Education Minister, Alan Tudge, whose electorate office is in the same small building as the local police station.

Go Becky! Go!

Australia needs you now.

FREEDOM from FEAR

Australia is a nation crippled by debilitating, chronic, nationwide anxiety.

Governments trash human rights on a regular basis.

I think the solution is for Australians to get better at talking with each other and to reject the Goddess of Fear.

To get better at living in The Word.

People Power #1 – in Canberra

This meme is developed from Rebel News drone footage in the spirit of freedom. It shows people determined to reject the culture of fear and demand freedom,
They are crossing Lake Burley Griffin in an unprecedented Australian rejection of government tyranny.

Incompetent police state tyranny is becoming the governmental norm in Australia.

Human rights trashed. Imprisoning people in their own homes. Mandates which destroy peoples careers to try to force them to consent to medications they do not want to take.

But there are courageous, spirited, much maligned people who are fighting back. In numbers that cannot be ignored.

God bless them all.

Sloboda Is Freedom

Monica is an Australian Christian of Greek Italian heritage, who cares deeply and thoughtfully about freedom.

Yesterday in Melbourne outside the Federal Court of Australia, among clean-living God-fearing Serbian people seeking justice for their mistreated national hero Novak Djokovic, I saw Monica’s confidence in her ability to stand up for freedom blossom. It was a wonderful sight.

She and I both learnt that Sloboda is the Serbian word for freedom.

Under the beloved colours of the Greek flag and holding a Serbian flag in front of her, Monica chanted the Serbian nickname of the best tennis player in the world “Nole. Nole. Nole.”

Djokovic himself is embarassed by the attention that has been focussed on him.

After suffering from the trauma of false imprisonment in a cheap hotel, he has the right to step back from the limelight to recover.

But those of us, like Monica, who care about freedom and who crave its restoration, have the right and responsibility to speak out against injustice.

Human rights matter.

Freedom matters.

Australia has to stop degrading itself with irrational acts of tyranny.

Fairness is a fair dinkum Aussie value which Australia needs to reclaim.

The world is watching.

I Will Tell My Story #7 No Room At The Inn

I have created art displays in Indonesia at places important to General Douglas MacArthur, Barak Obama and Presidents Jokowi and Yudhoyono. I should be helping Australia to be better friends with Indonesia.

But for me in this country there is no room at The Inn.

We should be living with Covid and applying our minds freely to saving our world.

Instead we are crippled by a culture of fear.

We need a restoration of freedom and human rights.

Not more votes for Barabbas.

We need to live in The Word. Rationality. Discourse. Freedom of Speech. Democracy.

Who will deliver that?

This Is Enough – The Anzac Spirit

I am 64 years old and I was a midwife in the State Of Victoria for over a quarter of a century.

Today I witnessed one of the most inspiring things I have ever seen a woman do.

In state parliament, MP Catherine Cumming, stood to tell the story of horrible mistreatment of a kind, gentle, deeply loved, homeless man by 6 Victorian police officers.

She stated that this man “was asleep in a sleeping bag. He was forcibly dragged out of his sleeping bag by six police officers and dragged around the steps of the parliament to the side of the parliamentary precinct. Roughly handled. The footage is there. This is not on. This is not the way that you actually treat Victorians. A homeless man. A young, homeless, articulate man.”

“This is enough.” Dr Cumming insisted emphatically. “Enough of the way that you talk about these protestors, but disgusting the way you’ve treated them on these steps while we were in here debating yesterday.”

To those of us long suffering Victorians who want to see democracy protected and human rights respected, these words are wonderful.

The ten years that Catherine Cumming spent in the Army Reserve may be one of the best investments in its people that Australia has ever made.

God Bless you, Catherine.

I pray that you are given the strength to work to save Victorians from their sufferings under one of the worst governments in the Western World.
